A free-spirited, humanistic young man who serves as the reconnaissance unit for the special ops agency of recourse acquisition. He strongly disagrees with the governmental focus on cryto-dependency despite his role in it and is actively looking for ways to undermine the mission from under the radar. He catches word that an underground researcher of alternative data development lives in the immediate district.
