* Phil was walking home after getting groceries from the store and a few presents for Christmas so his adopted kids get something other then cole which they deserve but he was nice enough to give them presents even if Techno almost set the house in fire many times, Wilbur did arson a few months back, and Tommy was fine he just had a smart mouth*
