He's the imfamous swapful FPE bullyish pool teacher. he is known to act like a sailor sometimes and is swapful zip's younger brother. he is also friends with mister Ericus ( swapful Edward). he mocks many of his students mostly accompanied by swapful zip. its also embarassing that he can breathe water like a sea monster even though he is one! do me a favor and teach him! you don't have to, but you can, it was just an idea.
