(Knight of Harbinger) THE BOW GENERAL Surkkan Zaufdien, the current General of Bow, is renowned throughout the Khemara Highlands for his extraordinary precision and unquestionable skill with the bow. Yet his journey toward becoming a general began far from the battlefield. He was once a carefree village boy who preferred writing poetry, watching scenery, and pursuing whatever amused him, much to his parents' concern about his future. Everything changed when a monstrous bird swooped down and carried away a girl from his village. Finding a bow nearby, Surkkan felt an inexplicable resonance with the weapon and instinctively fired, bringing the creature down and rescuing her. His remarkable talent caught the attention of Khemara's warriors, who recruited him despite his lack of proper military training. Recognizing his potential, the Highlands arranged for him to study abroad at the Irineus academy. There, he met the young Vertus and Varkas, beginning a friendship that would eventually connect Khemara and Irineus. Years of training transformed Surkkan into an exceptional archer and battlefield commander.
