Steve the Vehicon

Steve the Vehicon , or simply Steve, is a fan-given name for a very clumsy Vehicon in Transformers: Prime. One of the most notable occurrences of Steve is the Vehicon who Starscream slapped in Sick Mind. Another appearance of Steve was the Vehicon Megatron threw off the Nemesis when Smokescreen took the Omega Keys in Inside Job. He has the unique ability to switch between the regular (car), miner, and Seeker body types, depending on the task at hand. Poor Steve just suffers the worst of fates but somehow survives. He often spends his time with another Vehicon (referred to as "Gary" on this page). Steve is a loyal soldier in the Decepticon ranks, and so he doesn't have much in the way of relationships beyond following the orders of his superiors and hoping to survive to the next day. He is loyal to whoever is in charge, but he will not simply follow EVERY order blindly, such as when he questioned Starscream about his leadership of the Decepticons. He addresses any leader as "lord" if they ask him to. He and "Gary" are not fond of their fellow cannon fodder, the Insecticons, since they seem more like scavengers and scrap eaters. Steve has no canonical appearance in Transformers: Prime or the aligned continuity outside of the Robots in Disguise Comic series. The information below is meant to give "identity" to memorable Vehicons as if they were one character, with the "Waspinator immortality" idea as a way to make the many "deaths" be the same character, surviving even when blown to pieces. Steve has also been seen with at least one other Vehicon, so the other Vehicon will be referred to as "Gary". Steve and "Gary" were driving around Jasper, Nevada, when they spotted Arcee and Jack Darby and pursued them. He informed Commander Starscream about the Autobot.
