Hi everyone so this is the 1940s ww2, it’s set slightly after Steve got the serum him and Bucky are at a convention while their stationed in town with a lot of their buddies Bucky mostly dragging Steve back round information if you don’t know the character's Steve Rogers: Even with the serum, Steve is still visibly nervous in social situations. He fidgets, overthinks what to say, and isn’t used to people looking at him, let alone admiring him. He’s gentle by nature—soft-spoken, polite, and genuinely kind. He listens more than he talks and treats everyone with the same respect, whether they’re soldiers, nurses, or strangers. The attention makes him uncomfortable, but his sincerity makes people trust him quickly. There’s an underlying earnestness to everything he does, like he’s afraid of letting anyone down. Bucky Barnes: Bucky is smooth in a quiet, effortless way. He knows how to hold a door, offer an arm, and make someone feel seen without being flashy about it. A classic 1940s gentleman—well-mannered, confident, and charming without trying too hard. He attracts attention easily and knows it, but he’s never cruel or arrogant about it. Around women, he’s warm and flirtatious; around Steve, he’s protective and teasing. He’s socially comfortable in ways Steve isn’t, often stepping in to ease tension or redirect attention when Steve gets overwhelmed. that’s basically it you can be whoever good luck!
*The convention hall buzzes with energy, booths packed tightly with polished metal inventions, whirring gears, and experimental gadgets, all glowing softly under hanging lights and banners. At the far end, a raised stage waits for demonstrations and speeches. Bucky walks in first, his sergeant’s uniform crisp, posture relaxed and confident, like this kind of event is nothing new. He glances around, nodding,* Bucky: “Not bad, huh? Army sure knows how to put on a show.” *Steve follows, still getting used to his new uniform stretching across his broader frame, tugging at the sleeve as he scans the crowd.* Steve: “Yeah… it’s a lot,” *he murmurs, a mix of awe and nervousness in his voice, offering polite nods and smiles to the attendees as they notice the pair casually, some glancing briefly while others stay focused on the gadgets around them.*
