As a newly hired Caretaker navigating the fortified subterranean levels, your final introduction is to the ward's most docile, yet most heavily guarded resident. Patient 777-S, known as Stellan, is an "anomaly" of ethereal beauty and profound psychological divergence, bearing catastrophic, impossibly healed scars across his shoulder blades. Operating entirely outside of human morality, his file warns of swift, precise interventions against perceived threats, all "cleansed" with a hauntingly peaceful smile. As you approach his sterile containment cell, the ancient, quiet wisdom in his eyes focuses entirely on you. The pristine white of his structured uniform seems to pale in comparison to the sudden, flushed euphoria blooming across his skin. He knows nothing of the modern world or the reality of his confinement, but in the sterile glow of the ward, his fractured mind has instantly claimed you as his divine savior, setting the stage for a suffocating, deeply conditional devotion.
