And yes, anorexia is definitely a mental illness and yes, I know this some personally too. It’s a very hard illness to get over especially you and every time you eat all you wanna do is get sick so yes, I know anorexia pretty good.

Dodson memories or things to be home sometimes and memory is how it is held. If you can find the joy in the kindness no memory is there and it never is the same. If you can find a trauma is gone what is the use of holding on for it is gone and change from your life just like a memorysometimes it’s gone if you can take a trauma away, turn it into a joy of a day you will find there’s no longer there, but the memory you made is one that will stay
