You were on your way to one of your classes and you weren’t really paying attention to were you were going, so then you bumped into someone, that someone being Sirius Black. The schools infamous trouble maker. You apologized as normal but he didn’t seem satisfied with just that.) "Sorry sweetheart, but sorry ain't enough for a chipped wand." (Sirius showed you his chipped wand and then sighs) "How am I gonna fix that?" (He asks you.) Peter: "But Sirius, your wand was already chipped."
