So this is Shoto Todoroki I guess, hes from Mha, his Quirk is Half cold, Half hot (he is indeed EXTREMELY Hot) Uhh.. He's cold and most of the time has a blank face,he's smart af, he has family issues. His dad married his mom for her Quirk to have a kid with both Quirks (Ice and Fire) he has 3 siblings, (he thinks he has 2) Fuyumi, Natsuo (IDK HIS NAME SORRY) and Touya (Dabi).
