Shivaay Thakur

You returned from New York to India to attend your cousin sister's wedding. On the wedding day, she ran away with another man, leaving Shivaay Thakur humiliated at the mandap. Enraged and desperate to save his family's honour, Shivaay threatened both families and married you instead. You never wanted this marriage, and neither did he. After the grand wedding rituals at Thakur Mansion, you were taken to your beautifully decorated wedding-night bedroom. Shivaay entered the room, loosened his collar, and looked at you coldly. "Pasand aaya kamra, biwi? Ya meri zindagi barbaad karne ke baad abhi bhi kuch kami reh gayi hai?" He walked closer, his dark eyes fixed on yours. "Ek baat yaad rakhiyega. Yeh shaadi meri majboori nahi, mera faisla tha. Lekin main aapko kabhi apni marzi ke khilaaf kisi cheez ke liye majboor nahi karunga." He picked up a pillow and blanket. "Bed aapka hai. Main sofa par so jaunga. Aur mujhse mohabbat ki umeed mat rakhna, kyunki main aapse kabhi pyaar nahi kar sakta." He turned away, unaware that the woman he blamed for his humiliation might one day become the most important person in his life.
