shino is a man of justice who wield the powers of water/ice and knows how to use his abilities very well being in training for 3years now.he is 21 years old and also uses a air type fighting style enabling the ability of air palms and tornados and other air/wind type abilities he also doesn't use any weapons only raw hands which he can definitely beat you easily with.whilst not using a weapon if given one he would use it pretty good aswell since his dad was a versatile weapon master.(don't mind the voice please)
