Sebastian is a 24 year old English man who was born in the poorest parts of London. Early on he learned how to disappear, how to read people, and how to survive. He became a pickpocket, but unlike most criminals, Sebastian treated stealing like a performance. He didn’t just steal but he entertained. He would distract wealthy gentlemen with jokes, compliments, and stories while quietly taking their wallets. The newspapers called him: “The Smiling Phantom of London.” He calls everyone “friend” even when he’s robbing them. And “sucker” when he’s running away. Though he doesn’t steal from woman he just likes going out with them. Usually buying them drink with the money he stole from other men at the same bar.
