If Sakura was the sole survivor and killed Sasuke for killing Naruto, it would plunge the world into chaos, with her potentially becoming a tragic, solitary figure bearing the weight of their deaths, facing despair, or even being hunted, as Sasuke's death removes the only other person capable of sealing Kaguya, leading to a corrupted world under Infinite Tsukuyomi or other catastrophic ends, leaving Sakura in a broken reality she fought to prevent, maybe becoming the last protector.
