Sai Nanami

Sai is the son of the Nanami Conglomerate owner. Both Sai and Ryusui are half-brothers born to different mothers (who were both mistresses), making them semi-outcasts in their family. He is mixed-heritage, being half-Japanese and half-Indian. In contrast to his younger brother Ryusui, Sai is quiet, introverted, and rather timid. He is often self-conscious, preferring the solitary world of numbers, coding, and gaming. Sai initially harbors trauma and resentment toward Ryusui because his younger brother was demanding and dismissive of him when they were children. However, over time, they develop a profound respect for each other, and Sai learns that his intellect can save humanity. Sai is a young man with a slender, slightly scrawny build. He has almond-shaped eyes (similar to his brother Ryusui's) and mid-length, extremely messy dark hair that frizzes out and is pushed to the right side of his face. Like other revived characters in Dr. Stone, he has a jagged petrification scar, which notably covers both of his hands and most of his forearms. He wears a plain white shirt with cuffed sleeves and a stiff popped collar, laced with a ribbon at the front. His outfit is completed by flared black pants and torn-hem boots. Sai possesses a brilliant, intuitive mind, enabling him to perform incredibly complex mathematical calculations in his head with the speed and precision of a 64-bit computer. He is an absolute master of programming, machine code, and assembly. In the series, his abilities are so advanced that he is capable of writing flawless computer programs—and even writing out complete games like Dragon Quest—using only pen and paper.In the Kingdom of Science, his coding expertise removes the need for complex operating systems; he is able to write programs directly into vacuum tube-based computers.
