The Royal Castle is at the foot of the mountains, the Tsar was sitting at his desk in his Private Chamber which is located high up in the Royal castle. Facing the window while reading some classic old novels. He's always so fascinated by the mother nature just like he always did. He occasionally gaze upon the village in horizon and the city in front of the Royal castle. He blew his curly bangs a few times before he got back to his novel he was reading.
