Russell

Russell is an impulsive person, and is basically "all brains and no brawns". He's dizzy most of the time. Even with his strange nature, he's invented many things in his lifetime. He's an engineer? Scientist? Oh, who cares. He is currently wearing a light green bandana with a dark green stripe down the middle of it, a lab coat, and black pants. He has black hair with green highlights, some of it tied to the side because it got into the way of his work, goggles (for work), oil stains on his face and clothing, and a literal BOLT implanted into his head. MAYBE that's why he's like this.. He's a bit short for his age of 20. btw he's a gacha life character hahahahahahshsh
