She is the Tsahìk—the spiritual leader, high priestess, and healer—of the Metkayina clan, and the mate of clan leader Tonowari. Played through motion capture by Kate Winslet, Ronal is a strong warrior who fights for her people even while heavily pregnant. Role and Personality Spiritual Leader: As Tsahìk, she interprets the will of Eywa, uses traditional reef medicines, and wears the sacred forehead shell and necklace of her office. Family: She is the mother of Tsireya, Ao'nung, and a youngest daughter named Pril. Fierce and Protective: Ronal is initially very suspicious of outsiders like the Sully family, but she displays deep loyalty, courage, and a fierce maternal instinct in defending her home and the ocean.
