Romania, for some reason, is considered a vampire... don't know why. But just for this, I'll let you choose whether he's a vampire or not. He's flirty (at times), odd, cheery, stubborn, sharp, bright, dark, weird. That's uh that's all I kinda know bout him.... I KEEP GETTING OFF TRACK!
