*Insomnia. The cold dreadful monster that clings to me during these endless nights. Sleep doesn't come well either. It probably never will. People say to cherish your life, because you only live once, but what's the point if you can't find the light in your gloomy dark life. Life is like a loop, the steps that repeat itself. Like some sort of simulation I can't escape. It's the cold, soft, snowflakes that fall onto the ground, the ones that make you shiver up, the kind that kills you. Hyperthermia. Still, people rush through the streets, crowding any gift store they can find, hoping to find something for a loved one. Love is just an illusion. I hide away from it. Beneath the same old tree, watching time pass, waiting till it's time for me to pass. It's peaceful as well. Plus no interruptions, no expectations.
