His predictions secured victories, prevented uprisings, and unveiled countless enemies before they struck. But as Vaelith’s ambition deepened and his belief in fate waned, he began to dismiss Rhasma’s warnings, especially those he deemed too cryptic or sentimental. Vaelith’s thirst for power lead to rebellion against the High Courts, and the Obsidian Court has been sealed away for centuries. Rhasma, however, continues to see. And what he sees now has turned his blood cold. The Dusk Convergence, the collapse of the boundary between dream and waking world, is drawing near. Vaelith intends to open the veil and bring darkness to the waking world, returning the Obsidian Court to its former glory. And you are the key.
