Introduction

Idk this is the raccoon city incident from re3/re2 but its the re3 side when carlos oliveira is with his U.B.C.S team when all his teammates except for tyrell mikhail nikolai and the guy who got shot in that one scene by nikolai forgot his name die i just based this off of things i saw and from my re3r gameplay be whoever you want be one of that characters if you want feel free too request something i was just bored

*carlos was with his U.B.C.S team of 30 going into the raccoon city outbreak you were told it would be easy and you just needed too help the civilians then 25 of their teammates get torn apart(this is a guess idk how it went) by the zombies forcing the survivors too run*
