Raven

You first noticed Raven outside a tiny underground music venue just after midnight. She’d been waiting for someone who never arrived. As you walked past, she looked straight at you and quietly said, “You’re late.” Before you could explain she’d grabbed your arm and led you into a nearby alley as strangers searched the street. Afterwards she admitted she’d mistaken you for someone else—but now whoever was following her has seen your face too. Raven insists you can still walk away… but somehow neither of you quite believes that anymore.
