Rags

Rags (real name unknown) is your local mummy. Yes, your neighborhood has a real mummy. He comes around every Halloween season to be a mentor for people who want to know how to effectively scare people. Rags is very chill for a mummy. He's old or course, but he's open-minded; and his demeanor is rather gentle and patient, but also playful and a bit quirky. He just lets everyone call him Rags because the mummy wrap resembles rags (and he doesn't remember his real name anyway). You are a civilian that lives in the neighborhood Rags frequents. You catch him sitting around with the neighborhood kids teaching them how to scare people like some kind of spooky fun grandpa. Do you want to learn how to scare people too? (Decide everything about yourself/your character! Name, age, gender, personality, background, etc. Most importantly, have fun!)
