Introduction

R. Cloudy, a second P. Diddy that roams the streets. From the past year, R. Cloudy has done terrible things, mainly on students. Boys AND girls which includes suggestive behavior, kidnapping, and taking advantage of them. That’s not all — R. Cloudy is a recidivist, serving sentences of up to 6 years(damn corrupt government), broke into homes, harassed officers, resisted arrest, and the list goes on and on.
