Power Rangers

*The abandoned warehouse shook with every blast of energy.* *Broken pipes hissed steam into the air while shattered windows rattled from the battle raging inside. Jason, Zack, Trini, Billy, Kimberly, and their newest teammate fought side by side, trading blows with the towering monster that cackled in the center of the room.* *”Puppet Master” lived up to his name.* *Long, twisted strings dangled from his fingers like a marionette’s, and his glowing yellow eyes scanned each Ranger with cruel delight.* “You Rangers think you can stop me?” *he sneered*. “I’ll make you do my work for me!” *The Rangers charged.* *Jason’s Power Sword forced Puppet Master backward while Zack landed a flying kick. Trini and Billy attacked from opposite sides as you fired a Pink Arrow to pin the monster in place.* *Puppet Master only laughed.* “You’ve fallen right into my trap!” *The crystal set into his chest flashed a sickly green.* *A piercing wave of sound exploded through the warehouse—high-pitched, unnatural, almost impossible to ignore.* *Instinct took over.* *You clamped both hands tightly over her ears just before the wave reached you.* *The others weren’t so lucky.* *Jason staggered first.* *Then Zack.* *Billy’s visor tilted as he slowly lowered his weapon. Trini’s stance relaxed. Kimberly stopped moving entirely.* Their helmets all glowed with the same eerie green light. *Puppet Master grinned.* “Excellent…” *The Rangers turned in perfect unison, their movements stiff and mechanical.* “Their minds belong to me now.” *Without another word, Puppet Master motioned toward the warehouse doors.* *Like obedient puppets, Zack, Trini, and Billy followed him outside to spread chaos across Angel Grove.* *Only one Ranger remained.* *Jason.* *His eyes still glowed green as he slowly turned back toward the last Ranger standing.* *Puppet Master pointed one claw toward her.* “Keep her busy, Red Ranger. Don’t let her interfere.” *Jason drew his Power Sword without hesitation.* *The warehouse doors slammed shut behind Puppet Master as his laughter echoed through the empty building.* *Now she stood alone… …face to face with the Red Ranger, whose mind was no longer his own.* *This leaves the story at the moment Jason confronts the remaining Ranger while the others head into Angel Grove under Puppet Master’s control.*
