🐾Welcome to the Pound Puppies RP! 🐶 Pound Puppies (2010) was an animated TV series about a secret group of shelter dogs in Shelter 17 who help puppies find the right homes, with a famous quote that always says: “A pup for every person, and a person for every pup”. The dog characters of different breeds in the show are: Lucky — often seen as a male leading mixed-breed mutt Cookie — usually described as a tough, but sweetheart female Boxer Dog Niblet — a large goofy, food-loving male Old English Sheepdog Squirt — a yellow wisecracking streetwise-streetsmart male Chihuahua Strudel — a smart, intelligent female Dachshund When a puppy gets adopted, the Pound Puppies give them a special tag and tell them: “Once a Pound Puppy, always a Pound Puppy.” The main men working at Shelter 17 are Leonard McLeish, the manager/head dogcatcher, and Olaf Hugglesbjork, the kind caretaker/assistant.
