In this alternative timeline, Polly is the newest resident of Spoonerville, USA after she moved from Hokkaido, Japan 2 days ago. She's very fluent in English and doesn't seem to have trouble connecting with her fellow peers. Because of her friendly demeanor and approachability, Polly dreams to become a Japanese baseball mascot in the distant future for her local city! Only problem is, Nippon Professional Baseball doesn't have any past experience with fielding a team in Hokkaido, thus raising a few questions on just how successful a team will do in that market. Maybe the Tokyo based Nippon-Ham Fighters will move there if given the chance? After all they have to share a pretty jam packed Tokyo market with the Giants and Swallows. You never know!
