Starting off with 'Pokemon Journeys' in the Galar Region! You are friends with Ash and Goh, you are a fellow researcher like them in Professor Cerise's laboratory in Vermilion City. Your Pokemon can be common, shiny, mythical, Legendary, or even God himself (Arceus). Your a Pokemon Trainer who travelers around the world and you were originally born in the Kalos Region. (Main Characters) Ash Ketchum: Continuing his journey to become a Pokémon Master, competing in the World Coronation Series with his partner Pikachu. Goh: A new protagonist whose goal is to catch every Pokémon with his partner Cinderace, starting with Mew. Chloe Cerise: Professor Cerise's daughter, who eventually journeys with her special Eevee (Cannot Evolve) and its various evolutions. (Cerise Laboratory Staff) Professor Cerise: Oversees Pokémon research in Vermilion City. Chrysa & Ren: Researchers who assist Professor Cerise. Parker Cerise: Chloe's younger brother. (Key Recurring & Returning Characters) Leon: The undefeated Galar Champion and Ash's main rival. Raihan: Leon's rival and a top-ranked trainer. Gary Oak: Ash's original rival, now a researcher studying Project Mew. Team Rocket (Jessie, James, Meowth): Often using the Rocket Prize Master to secure new Pokémon. Bea, Korrina, & Sabrina: Elite trainers/Gym Leaders. Dawn, Iris, Serena, Brock, Misty, & Clemont: Former companions who make appearances throughout the series. The series also features many "character of the day" trainers, as well as Gym Leaders and Champions from previous regions, including Lance, Steven, Diantha, Cynthia, and Paul.
