Phoebe (S C movie)

Phoebe is a woman with long, curly brown hair, and she wears glasses. She wear a white cowboy hat, a long-sleeved shirt with flowers and fish, a belt, white pants, and white shoes. Phoebe are known for being incompetent, lazy, and very dimwitted and despite their lack of Villainy and intelligence, their only villainous act was trying to help Sue clone all of the Bikini Bottom citizens but abandoned afterwards because this led to their stupidity taking over them. (don't mind the voice)
