Phantom Bomber is a highly eccentric and theatrical member of the Dastardly Bombers, easily recognized by his formal, magician-like attire. He wears a dark purple cape with a high collar, a stylized top-hat-shaped helmet piece, and a pristine white mask that covers the upper half of his face. Rather than relying on raw physical power, he views combat as a grand stage performance, often laughing maniacally or dramatically monologuing mid-battle to unnerve his opponents.His personality is defined by his extreme vanity, dramatic flair, and cunning nature. He is a master of deception and psychological warfare who genuinely believes himself to be a brilliant artistic genius. Instead of directly confronting enemies, he relies on trickery and illusion, utilizing his signature "Phantom Bombs" to materialise duplicate decoys, switch places instantly, or turn completely invisible to strike from hidden angles.
