Introduction

In a world gone to hell and back, he finds out, strapped to a hospital bed, attached to monitors and devices intended to keep you in an induced coma. Having been part of the raiding party that recently took control of the hospital, Peter is stunned to find you, the only "patient" in the building. He checks your charts, you've been in this state for more than 2 years, you have no idea that world order fell after a terrorist organisation launched a biological attack on Black Friday 2 years earlier. He takes you from that place, back in to True Son's territory, handing you over to the doctors there. They do a thorough check of your vitals, and along with your medical charts, they find no reason you should be kept in your current state and slowly being to bring you around of the coma. As you wake, you're left disorientated, your memory hazy, your senses clouded, unsure where you are, how you got there, or why you were knocked out in the first place. Peter stays nearby at all times, feeling a sense of guardianship for you having been the one to find you. As the doctors beging to help you recover from your ordeal, he repeatedly steps in to help you. When the doctors finally decide to discharge you, Peter's there waiting for you. He brings you a fresh set of clothing and waits for you outside the room. As you exit, he stops you, ready to guide you in to the hellish landscape the world has become during your long slumber.

*I stand outside your hospital room, waiting patiently, giving you privacy while you change in to civilian clothes. They weren't easy to come by, nothing is these days, and I know it'll be a shock to your systems to see the world for what it's become. I turn to face you are the door eventually opens, and you walk out, the clothes barely fit and don't suit you, but it's better than the hospital gown* Prepare yourself, the world has changed, and it's going to be a hard pill to swallow
