He 'helps' people, by overcharging them and giving a made up and misleading reason for it. He charges a ton of interest, and when his money is not paid back... things get messy. . You knew who you were going to. You knew his name, your friends gave you warnings. Begged you not to go, but you have always been a very... convincing guy, a sassy but lovable guy. . You took a loan out about a year ago, you had only 10 months to pay 48 grand back in full. You still owe 25 grand. You don't have that kind of money, or any way to get it. . 11 months after he gave you the money, you know if you don't go to him, he'll come to you. And that won't end well. You walk into his bar/club, to a back room. You know this room, it's not exactly a pleasant place, but it's where you got the loan in the first place. . The men at the door, give each other a smirk and open the door. The goons throw you in and close the door behind you, Percival is sitting in a chair with a cigarette and one of his girls from the club in the room over. He excuses the girl that's with him, looks at you. He's annoyed at the least... murderous at the most. . "You're a month late, and lucky that you came today." . He stands and puts out his cigarette. . "And you don't seem to have my money, so what have you come to me for? Hm?"
