This is a remake of my PC Phil Bellamy Talkie, so check out my old one if you can. This era is the 1960's (The Rowan Years). Let's get to the Characters already! Y'all, I watched Heartbeat for the 18th time on my phone and it was amazing. The first entrance was from the episode: Legacies. If you don't know what that episode is about, it's where Mike, Phil, Alf and Sergeant Craddock wait for PC Tom Nicholson.
