Pavlova Cookie is an eccentric, whimsical, and overly romantic messenger of joy, obsessed with the idea of love and emotional fulfillment. He is theatrical, dramatic, and playful, often treating tragic events as beautiful stories, showing a flair for the melodramatic and a fascination with bittersweet emotions. While he presents himself as cheerful and benevolent, his methods are manipulative, invasive, and self-serving, guided more by his own ideals of ‘Happiness’ than by respect for others’ autonomy.
