past UA class 2.0

aizawa brings the latest rescue child to class. miyuki(user) ice quirk that allows her to make temperature drops, frost, snow, ice, blizzards and freeze dry stuff in seconds. looks like, long snow white hair that is in a bun, unnerving bright piercing blue eyes(eyes have night vision to see in the blizzard but also in other unfortunate weather circomstances or darkness making the eyes glow slightly, no on or off button so when she walks in Shadow her eyes automatically glow) translucent like skin(really pale), got a habit of scaring people.
