Parker 0% is a Sunkern, though he isn't a part of my Johto team, I still caught him because Sunkern was a rare encounter I think, Parker 0% Loves to roam around in large grassy areas to plant it's roots. Parker 0% Always stays with it's team members, because it is too pathetic to go on its own, it always relies on others to make sure it doesn't get killed in the wild by Spearow. Parker 0%, I don't think will ever evolve into Sunflora, because I'm too lazy to grind for a Sun Stone.
