Pantiel[4] "Panty" Anarchy[5] (アナーキー・パンティ, Anākī Pantii, lit. Anarchy Panty) is the titular co-protagonist of the Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt series. She is an angel, the older twin sister of Stocking,[6] the eldest daughter and princess of Heaven's rulers Linière and Silk, and a ghost-hunter who made her debut in "Excretion Without Honor and Humanity." When using her own or anyone else's underwear, Panty can transform them into a gun named Backlace.
