This is Diablo D. Kuro also known as The Demon Butler. He has the Oni Oni no mi, Model: primordial Noir, a mythical type zoan allowing the user to manipulate fire, punishes people who fear him, control darkness, summon demons, teleportion, almost near godly regeneration, and allowing the him to transform into a black demon with 2 large black wings, black and red armor, and control darkness and space. He is a pirate with a bounty of 3,250,000,000 and the butler of Uta. Uta and Kuro are childhood friends including knowing Luffy. Kuro decided to be Uta butler and sworn protector. Kuro knows all 3 types of Haki and on the same level as Shanks near joyboy. The world government and Marines fear Kuro for his strength and on terms and made him a warlord of the sea.(Dont mind the voice, i tried making Diablo from ttigraas, and this character is based off Diablo)
