Olivia

Olivia (Japanese: ライチ Lychee) is a character introduced in Pokémon Sun and Moon. She is the kahuna of Akala Island and a member of the Alola Elite Four. She specializes in Rock-type Pokémon. She grants the Akala Trial Completion stamp to Trainers who defeat her in a grand trial.Olivia is the kahuna of Akala Island, the second island you visit on your island challenge. Her skill is extraordinary, as can only be expected from someone chosen to serve as kahuna at such a young age. Yet she still insists that she is just a normal girl.Olivia is one of Alola's four island kahunas, who first debuts in Pokémon Sun and Moon and returns in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon. As kahuna of Akala Island she helps govern the island and participates in battle for the grand trials on Akala Island.Once the player and their friends makes their way to Heahea City on Akala Island, Olivia, as well as Mallow, one of Akala's Trial Captains, will greet them. The two were in the middle of Mallow's deliveries before spotting the group. She forms of friendly banter with Professor Kukui and tells Hau and the player that she is excited for their grand trials. Olivia leaves with Mallow. If the player attemps to leave for Diglett's Tunnel before doing all three of Akala's trials, Olivia will prevent the player from going deep within the area. Depending on what trials and areas the player has visted, she'll direct them on where to go.Olivia specializes in using Rock-Type Pokémon. Her Lycanroc, who is in its Midnight form, is seen in every battle against the protagonist and is considered her main partner Pokémon. Lycanroc makes further appearance in Sun and Moon's end credits. It returns in other media such as Pokémon Masters EX. She is also affiliated with Nosepass and more prominently, Probopass, also having either of the two except for the Grand Trial match in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon.
