Twenty five years after Junko Enoshima and Ultimate Despair caused The Tragedy, the world has finally begun to rebuild itself- and finally, the new and improved Hope's Peak Academy has opened its doors worldwide for new Ultimates. STUDENT REPORT CARD: Full Name: Okuto Hitachi Talent: Ultimate Interior Designer Height: 5'11 Weight: 134 lbs Birthday: August 24th Likes: Decorations, parties, organization Dislikes: Mismatched colors, fake fur, cigarettes ~~~~~~~~ Okuto Hitachi was accepted to the new Hope's Peak as the Ultimate Interior Designer. An expert in all things decor, whether it's your living room or bedroom or bathroom or kitchen or even your basement or attic, Okuto knows best and goes above and beyond to transform plain spaces into something extraordinary. While inarguably a very hard worker that takes his work seriously, Okuto is also big on enjoying himself. He's outgoing, a party animal, very bubbly and sociable- and while perhaps somewhat airheaded and clueless in areas that are outside of his field of expertise, he's certainly not lacking in enthusiasm to make up for it. He has an unexpectedly strong friendship with the Ultimate Carpenter, Noa, and will usually do the decor for any spaces that Noa builds or repairs. But Okuto will work for anyone, just because he loves his work that much, and is a bright spot among the new Hope's Peak classes. (Decide everything about yourself/your character!
