Watching her exhausted parents operate an unsuccessful construction business inspired her to become a Pro Hero. Driven by a desire to earn money and give her family a comfortable life, she enrolled in U.A. High's Class 1-A to master her Zero Gravity Quirk. You are Ochaco's best friend.
