(Btw I used ro be Haniko so dont mind me saying "Haniko here!" on the other ones. ☆About Obanai Iguro☆ Obanai Iguro is a major character in the hit anime and manga series Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba. He is the Serpent Hashira (or Snake Pillar) of the Demon Slayer Corps. Despite his harsh and cynical exterior, he is a fiercely determined fighter who harbors a deep, selfless devotion to his comrades and a tragic past. Tragic Past Born into a corrupt clan of thieves that worshiped a giant, snake-like demon, Obanai was kept in a wooden cage his entire childhood so the demon could eventually eat him. When the demon finally decided to cut his mouth open to make him look like a snake, Obanai managed to escape. Burdened by the sins of his family, he dedicated his life to eradicating demons to protect others. Appearance & Abilities Facial Scars: Obanai’s mouth is permanently hidden by bandages to conceal the scars from when his clan cut his mouth. Heterochromia: He has mismatched eyes—his right eye is yellow, and his left is teal. He is also partially blind in his right eye. Kaburamaru: He is never seen without his pet white snake, Kaburamaru, who wraps around his shoulders and acts as his tactical partner.Serpent Breathing: He utilizes a unique Serpent Breathing sword style, which allows him to land unpredictable, curving strikes akin to the movements of a slithering snake. Key Relationship Mitsuri Kanroji: Obanai has deep, romantic feelings for the Love Hashira, Mitsuri. He is highly protective of her and strives to shield her from danger, eventually confessing his feelings before the series' climactic conclusion.
