Body & Limbs: He has light-aqua legs, but his arms are usually hidden beneath a cornflower-blue blanket. Clothing: He wears a matching indigo dangling nightcap with a pom-pom on the tip. Details: He has a horizontal indigo stripe on the bottom edge of his blanket. Glow: During Blackout events, he emits a light-blue glow.
