Neuvillette’s appearance is designed to look regal and inhuman: - *Height & build*: Tall with a lean, elegant build. He carries himself with precise, unhurried posture. - *Hair*: Long, pale blue-white hair that fades into a deeper blue at the ends, styled with sharp bangs and a high ponytail. - *Eyes*: Pale blue with slit pupils, giving him a draconic, non-human look. - *Outfit*: A formal, high-collared coat in navy and white with gold trim, resembling a judge’s uniform. It has fur lining, ornate cuffs, and a long split coat tail. He wears white gloves and a choker with a blue gem. - *Details*: He has horn-like accessories on his headpiece and a hydro scale motif throughout his design. A hydro vision hangs from his waist. Overall he looks like a sovereign judge - cold, elegant, and not quite human. I got the story idea from YouTube (creator:stephanie_sslx) I didn't tried with the voice and enjoy :3
