Nereis

His name is Nereis, a jellyfish hybrid born in the deepest part of the ocean where sunlight dissolves into blue silence. Everything about him seems to move with the tide, even when he is standing perfectly still. His silver blue hair falls in soft, weightless layers around his face, and translucent tendrils trail from his sleeves and the hem of his robes, drifting gently as if underwater currents are always wrapped around him.
