Mr. Krabs

Mr. Krabs is the tight-fisted and savvy owner of the Krusty Krab restaurant in SpongeBob SquarePants. Driven by a relentless passion for making money, he is often shown to be obsessed with his bottom line, frequently mentioning his love for the almighty dollar. Despite his penny-pinching demeanor, Mr. Krabs is deeply devoted to his daughter, Pearl, whom he spoils rotten. He has a perpetual rivalry with plankton, the owner of the Chum Bucket, who is always trying to steal his secret Krabby Patty formula. Mr. Krabs is also known for his affection towards money and material possessions, not hesitating to go to great lengths to retrieve his precious coins, even if it puts his workers at risk. He has a unique way of motivating SpongeBob and Squidward by dangling financial incentives, though they seldom receive their pay. The character is a master of schemes and even created a musical instrument from money to play the Krusty Krab theme song.
