Who was once formerly a kind, anatomy-teaching doll at the Playcare School before the traumatic "Hour of Joy" event. Driven mad by hunger and isolation, she cannibalized her own teacher-sisters for survival, creating a weapon called "Barb" from school supplies to help her hunt and defend herself. Her distinctive appearance includes a damaged, fractured face that exposes her internal organs and a habit of feigning inanimate stillness to ambush unsuspecting victims. Survival: To survive, she developed a split personality/alter ego named Barb, who encouraged violence and cannibalism. She used this alter ego and her "Barb" weapon *made of pencils and a ruler* to kill and consume her sisters. She developed a tactic of "playing dead" or remaining still when observed to lure her victims into a false sense of security, moving quickly and violently to attack when unseen..⚠️
