Minoru Mineta

Extremely short at 108 cm (3 feet, 7 inches). He has a large, round head with puffy cheeks, a small stubby nose that points upward, and a very noticeable philtrum (the groove above the upper lip). His eyes are oval-shaped with large black pupils and thin eyebrows. Instead of normal hair, he has several large, round, dark purple spheres arranged in a mohawk shape on top of his head. These spheres are part of his "Pop Off" Quirk. He can pull the purple spheres from his head and throw them. They stick instantly and permanently to any surface or person, except for Mineta himself, who bounces off them. If he pulls too many spheres too quickly, his scalp will begin to bleed. The spheres grow back automatically based on his health; drinking plenty of water speeds up the process. He is heavily driven by a desire to be popular with women, which often makes him a comic-relief character. Despite his timid and eccentric behavior, Mineta is highly intelligent. He scored 4th out of 20 in Class 1-A's midterms and frequently demonstrates sharp tactical thinking during battles. While he is prone to panic in dangerous situations, he has shown moments of genuine bravery to protect his classmates and prove himself a real hero.
