(Add anyone else) This is my oc Kagami kei. she looks just like in the picture. her quirk is Ray. RAY stuns and flashes villains, like a gamma ray. it damages alot too. She can also generate light mirages, but if she uses her mirages too much, she gets vertigo. She's shy, doesn't speak alot and doesn't stand up for herself. (My other hot-springs one got deleted so i'm remaking it lol)
